This process was both educational and fascinating as you learnt the different meat cuts and discovered how every part of the beast is used and where Scenic Rim beef is sent in the world. This left the guests spellbound.
The wines provided by Canungra Valley Vineyard added a touch of elegance to the occasion. Sourced from the local vineyards, these exceptional wines are perfectly paired with the exquisite flavours of the meal, creating a harmonious union of food and drink.
